Qualifications
- MS/PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Computing, or related field with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record architecting production systems using quantum algorithms or neuromorphic hardware
- Deep expertise in ethical AI frameworks and responsible innovation principles
- Experience presenting complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Published research in top-tier AI/quantum computing conferences
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit/Cirq)
