Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic definition and execution of the 2026 technology roadmap, ensuring alignment with company vision.
- Architect scalable, secure, and high-performance systems for next-generation applications.
- Conduct deep-dive research and proof-of-concept (PoC) development for emerging technologies.
- Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical blueprints.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Assess risks associated with new technologies and propose mitigation strategies.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, system design, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience in leading technical strategy for future-facing projects or major digital transformations.
- Deep understanding of cloud-native architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Strong expertise in AI/ML integration and data engineering principles.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline is preferred.
