Responsibilities
- Architect scalable quantum-computing frameworks for enterprise applications
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing carbon-negative tech solutions
- Integrate generative AI with predictive analytics for autonomous systems
- Design ethical AI governance frameworks compliant with 2026 regulatory standards
- Drive R&D initiatives in neuromorphic computing and synthetic biology interfaces
- Mentor junior engineers in emerging technology best practices
Qualifications
- 10+ years in advanced systems architecture with 5+ in quantum/AI domains
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Published research in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier journals
- Expertise in Python, Q#, and quantum circuit design
- Proven track record of delivering patented technology solutions
- Fluency in at least three programming languages (C++, Rust, Haskell preferred)
- Strong background in sustainable technology lifecycle management
