We are standing on the threshold of the 2026 technological revolution. Nexus Future Labs is seeking a visionary Future Tech Architect to lead our Research & Development division. You will define the architectural frameworks that will power the next generation of decentralized, AI-driven applications and quantum-ready systems.
In this role, you won't just maintain existing systems; you will build the future. We are looking for a strategic thinker who understands the convergence of Generative AI, Quantum Readiness, and Web3 protocols to drive our vision forward.
Responsibilities
- Architect scalable, secure systems designed specifically for the 2026 computing landscape and post-silicon era.
- Lead a cross-functional team in developing cutting-edge AI integrations and decentralized finance (DeFi) protocols.
- Define long-term technical roadmaps and strategic technology adoption plans aligned with 2026 goals.
- Conduct feasibility studies and proof-of-concepts for emerging technologies (e.g., Neuromorphic computing, Edge AI).
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of radical innovation and technical excellence.
- Evaluate and integrate third-party APIs and legacy systems to support modernization efforts.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in full-stack software architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Deep expertise in Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and distributed ledger technologies.
- Proven track record of leading high-impact technical projects from concept to production deployment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
