Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical roadmap for emerging technologies (AI, Quantum, Edge Computing) for the 2026 timeframe.
- Architect robust, scalable systems that integrate complex AI models into enterprise workflows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for innovation and digital transformation.
- Conduct feasibility studies and proof-of-concepts for experimental technologies.
- Mentor junior engineers and senior staff on best practices in futuristic architecture.
- Stay ahead of industry trends to ensure our technology stack remains future-proof.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Software Engineering or Systems Architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning pipelines, and Neural Networks.
- Experience with Quantum Computing frameworks and simulation tools is a strong plus.
- Proven track record of designing scalable cloud-native applications (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
