Responsibilities
- Architect & Design: Lead the end-to-end design of scalable, secure, and high-performance AI systems tailored for the 2026 landscape.
- R&D Leadership: Spearhead research and development efforts in emerging AI paradigms, including Generative AI and Autonomous Agents.
- Strategic Vision: Translate complex business requirements into robust technical roadmaps for the 'Year 2026' roadmap.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, and Ethics boards to ensure responsible AI deployment.
- Mentorship: Cultivate a high-performance engineering culture by mentoring junior developers and senior engineers alike.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 7+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior architectural role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
