- Publish groundbreaking research in peer-reviewed journals and industry conferences
- Secure $5M+ in government/private research grants annually
- Mentor PhD-level researchers and foster an innovation-driven culture
- Establish strategic partnerships with quantum hardware providers
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science with 8+ years industry experience
- Published research in top-tier quantum computing journals (Nature, Science, etc.)
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant systems
- Proven track record of leading quantum algorithm development for real-world problems
- Strong background in machine learning and high-performance computing
- Experience securing federal research grants (NSF, DARPA, etc.)
- Deep understanding of quantum hardware capabilities from IBM, Google, or IonQ
