As a key architect of our innovation ecosystem, you'll collaborate with quantum computing experts, AI ethicists, and biotech pioneers to develop transformative frameworks. Our Austin-based hub offers unparalleled resources including a nanotechnology lab and neuro-interfaces testing facility.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic innovation roadmaps for 2026-2030 horizon
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen technologies (quantum AI, neural interfaces)
- Establish ethical frameworks for emerging technology deployment
- Partner with venture capital arm to identify disruptive startups
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Curate annual FutureTech Summit featuring industry pioneers
- Manage $5M+ annual innovation budget
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic innovation or R&D leadership
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or major tech publications
- PhD or equivalent in STEM field with demonstrated futurist methodology
- Proven track record of scaling innovations from concept to commercialization
- Experience with foresight methodologies (scenario planning, Delphi technique)
- Strong background in ethical tech governance frameworks
