Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Roadmap: Define and oversee the technical strategy for core systems, ensuring scalability and resilience for future growth.
- Lead Advanced Integration: Spearhead the integration of cutting-edge AI models and quantum-ready databases into our main architecture.
- System Optimization: Analyze system performance metrics to optimize latency and throughput in high-concurrency environments.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor a diverse team of software engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
- Security & Compliance: Implement robust security protocols and ensure full compliance with US federal data regulations.
- Innovation Labs: Prototype experimental technologies (e.g., Neuromorphic Computing interfaces) to stay ahead of the curve.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in systems architecture, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, C++, Rust, and distributed systems design.
- AI/ML Knowledge: Proven track record of integrating Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI into production environments.
- Future-Proofing: Demonstrated ability to anticipate technological shifts and adapt architectural patterns accordingly.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
