Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and execute the technical strategy to ensure our infrastructure is capable of supporting operations through 2026 and beyond.
- System Design: Architect scalable, distributed systems that integrate seamlessly with emerging AI and quantum computing paradigms.
- Tech Stack Evaluation: Research and evaluate cutting-edge technologies, frameworks, and methodologies relevant to the 2026 tech landscape.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate business goals into technical roadmaps.
- Disaster Recovery & Security: Implement robust security protocols and disaster recovery plans designed for the high-load environments of the future.
- Code Review & Mentorship: Provide technical leadership and mentorship to senior engineering teams to maintain high standards of code quality.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a lead or architect role.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in cloud-native architectures (AWS, GCP, Azure), microservices, and containerization (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Futuristic Knowledge: Familiarity with AI/ML integration, blockchain infrastructure, or edge computing is highly preferred.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems with innovative, scalable solutions.
- Leadership: Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence technical decisions across the organization.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field; Master’s degree is a plus.
