Responsibilities
- Design and implement the architectural blueprint for our 2026 roadmap, focusing on AI-driven infrastructure and decentralized systems.
- Lead a cross-functional team of engineers to translate complex futuristic concepts into deployable, scalable software solutions.
- Ensure system resilience, security, and performance optimization for high-volume, low-latency environments.
- Evaluate emerging technologiesāsuch as neural networks, edge computing, and advanced roboticsāto determine their applicability to our core products.
- Establish coding standards and best practices to foster a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with product managers to define technical requirements that align with long-term business goals.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in software architecture, with a proven track record of leading large-scale projects.
- Deep expertise in Python, Rust, or Go, with experience in cloud-native architectures (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning pipelines, and big data processing.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in ambiguity.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
