Responsibilities
- Lead Architectural Vision: Design and implement scalable, resilient system architectures that support our mission-critical AI initiatives.

- AI Integration: Oversee the integration of generative AI models and predictive analytics into core business workflows.
- R&D Leadership: Conduct research on emerging technologies, including edge computing and decentralized ledgers.
- Code Quality & Mentorship: Establish coding standards and mentor a high-performing team of software engineers.
Qualifications
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a lead or architect role.
- Technology Stack: Proficiency in Python, Go, Rust, or TypeScript; deep experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- AI/ML Knowledge: Strong understanding of Machine Learning pipelines and neural network implementation.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, large-scale technical problems.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for technical leadership.
