Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Create and maintain a comprehensive technical roadmap aligned with the company's long-term strategic goals for the year 2026 and beyond.
- Architect Scalable Solutions: Design high-performance, fault-tolerant systems capable of handling exponential growth and complex data processing.
- AI Integration Strategy: Lead the integration of advanced AI and machine learning models into core infrastructure to automate and optimize business processes.
- Technology Governance: Establish architectural standards and best practices to ensure code quality, security, and maintainability across all engineering teams.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders to translate complex architectural concepts into actionable strategies.
- Mentorship: Foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation by mentoring junior architects and senior engineers alike.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership or senior architect role.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and microservices architecture.
- AI/ML Proficiency: Strong understanding of AI/ML pipeline integration and data architecture.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to think several years into the future and adapt technical strategies to evolving market trends.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas to non-technical audiences.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
