Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Ready Systems: Design scalable microservices architectures capable of handling exponential data growth by 2026.
- AI Integration Strategy: Lead the integration of Generative AI and Machine Learning models into core production workflows.
- Quantum Readiness: Oversee research and implementation of hybrid algorithms to prepare our infrastructure for quantum computing advancements.
- Security & Compliance: Establish robust cybersecurity protocols to protect against next-gen cyber threats.
- Technical Roadmap: Collaborate with C-suite executives to translate business goals into technical execution plans for the next 3 years.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor and optimize system latency and throughput to ensure 99.999% uptime.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a Senior Architect or Lead role.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in Python, Go, Rust, and experience with cloud-native technologies (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- AI/ML Knowledge: Strong understanding of neural networks, NLP, and large language model (LLM) fine-tuning.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to architect solutions for ambiguous, future-facing problems.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for cross-functional stakeholder management.
