- Strategic Planning: Lead the technical strategy for the 2026 Initiative, defining technical roadmaps and evaluating emerging technologies like quantum computing.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and data scientists to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Code Review & Mentorship: Conduct rigorous code reviews and mentor junior developers, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
- System Optimization: Identify performance bottlenecks and implement optimizations to improve system throughput and resource efficiency.
- Security Compliance: Ensure all architectural designs adhere to strict security standards and compliance regulations (SOC2, HIPAA).
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in systems architecture, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role within the tech industry.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in cloud-native technologies (AWS, Azure, or GCP), Kubernetes, microservices, and containerization.
- Programming: Proficiency in Python, Go, or Rust, with a strong understanding of system-level programming.
- AI/ML Knowledge: Practical experience integrating AI/ML models into production systems and understanding the data pipeline infrastructure.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to troubleshoot complex, multi-layered system failures under pressure.
- Communication: Superior verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
