Responsibilities
- Design and implement robust architectural solutions for the 2026 product roadmap, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Lead technical strategy sessions to define the technology stack for future releases.
- Mentor junior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Conduct code reviews and architectural audits to maintain code quality and security standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management and data science, to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, Blockchain) and evaluate their applicability to our ecosystem.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree is preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
- Deep expertise in cloud-native technologies (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform).
- Proven experience designing distributed systems and microservices architectures.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Go.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
