What You Will Do:

Responsibilities
- Architect and implement the core infrastructure for our predictive AI models.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers to maintain high engineering standards.
- Identify technical risks and propose mitigation strategies for long-term projects.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI, quantum computing, and cybersecurity.
- Drive the adoption of new technologies and methodologies within the engineering department.
Qualifications
- Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architectural role.
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong understanding of machine learning operations (MLOps) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
