Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (Master’s preferred).
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, Rust, Go, and extensive experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Strategic Thinking: Demonstrated ability to think several years into the future regarding tech trends and infrastructure needs.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
