Responsibilities
- Design and prototype quantum-resistant cryptographic systems for next-gen security frameworks
- Architect AI-driven autonomous infrastructure with predictive self-healing capabilities
- Lead development of decentralized data ecosystems using blockchain and Web3 protocols
- Simulate and optimize hyper-efficient resource allocation for edge/IoT networks
- Develop ethical AI governance frameworks for autonomous decision systems
- Create interoperability standards between legacy and emergent technologies
- Mentor teams in future-proofing methodologies and emerging tech adoption
Qualifications
- 10+ years in systems architecture with proven experience in quantum computing or AI infrastructure
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum algorithms, neuromorphic computing, or decentralized consensus
- Deep understanding of ethical AI frameworks and responsible innovation principles
- Published research or patents in future technology domains (2019-2023)
- Proficiency in simulation tools (e.g., Cirq, TensorFlow Quantum, or equivalent)
- Certification in quantum security or advanced AI governance (preferred)
- Track record of leading cross-functional teams through technological transformation
- Ability to translate complex future-state concepts into actionable technical roadmaps
