Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen Solutions: Design robust, scalable, and secure system architectures that support high-volume transaction processing and AI integration.
- Roadmap Leadership: Define the technical roadmap for the 2026 initiative, aligning engineering goals with business objectives.
- Tech Stack Innovation: Evaluate and implement cutting-edge technologies, including quantum-ready protocols and advanced AI frameworks.
- Team Mentorship: Lead a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.
- Legacy Modernization: Oversee the strategic migration of legacy systems to modern, cloud-native environments with zero downtime.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate complex requirements into technical specifications.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree is preferred.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in systems architecture, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in distributed systems, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Programming: Proficiency in at least two modern languages (e.g., Go, Rust, TypeScript).
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to troubleshoot complex, multi-layered system issues under pressure.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
