Qualifications

- Certification in AWS/Azure/GCP with blockchain implementation experience
- Published research in IEEE or ACM on future computing paradigms
- Strong background in DevSecOps for decentralized systems
- Experience leading teams through technology transition phases
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering preferred
