Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026+ sustainability roadmaps aligned with global climate targets
- Lead cross-functional teams in implementing circular economy models and waste reduction systems
- Conduct scenario analysis for climate risks and opportunities using AI-powered forecasting tools
- Design ESG reporting frameworks compliant with emerging 2026 regulatory standards
- Partner with R&D to commercialize sustainable innovations (carbon capture, bio-based materials)
- Drive stakeholder engagement through executive presentations and investor briefings
- Mentor junior sustainability analysts using our proprietary impact measurement methodology
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, or related field with 5+ years experience
- Proven track record in developing net-zero strategies for mid-to-large organizations
- Expertise in carbon accounting standards (GHG Protocol, SASB) and emerging climate tech
- Advanced data analytics skills with proficiency in sustainability software (Sapient, Persefoni)
- Deep understanding of circular economy principles and lifecycle assessment methodologies
- Certification in ESG reporting (CFA ESG, GRI) preferred
- Experience securing sustainability-linked financing and green bonds
