Responsibilities
- Architect and implement comprehensive corporate sustainability roadmaps aligned with 2026 net-zero targets
- Lead development of circular economy initiatives reducing waste by 40% across supply chains
- Oversee ESG reporting frameworks ensuring compliance with GRI, SASB, and emerging TCFD standards
- Direct pilot programs for carbon-negative technologies including direct air capture and green hydrogen
- Drive stakeholder engagement with investors, NGOs, and government bodies on climate policy
- Mentor sustainability analysts and innovation teams in data-driven impact measurement
- Monitor emerging climate tech trends and integrate breakthrough solutions into core business models
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, or Business with sustainability focus
- 10+ years in corporate sustainability with proven track record of 2030 target achievement
- Expertise in carbon accounting tools (Sims, Watershed) and life cycle assessment software
- Certified Sustainability Professional (CSP) or ESG designation required
- Experience managing multi-million dollar green tech innovation budgets
- Deep knowledge of EU Taxonomy, SEC climate disclosure rules, and emerging US regulations
- Exceptional data visualization skills with proficiency in Tableau/Power BI
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex sustainability concepts into executive-level strategy
