Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end development of 2026 sustainability roadmap, integrating carbon-neutral technologies and circular economy principles
- Drive R&D initiatives for breakthrough innovations in renewable energy storage and waste reduction systems
- Champion cross-functional collaboration between engineering, policy, and community engagement teams
- Translate complex sustainability challenges into scalable, market-ready solutions with measurable ROI
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Monitor global sustainability trends and identify disruptive opportunities for competitive advantage
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience developing large-scale sustainability initiatives in tech/manufacturing
- Proven track record of launching carbon-neutral projects with $5M+ budgets
- Expertise in circular economy modeling and lifecycle assessment methodologies
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) for sustainability metrics
- Strategic certification in ESG frameworks (GRI, SASB) or carbon accounting
- Experience managing remote international innovation teams across 3+ time zones
