Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026+ technology roadmaps integrating quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, and decentralized infrastructure
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions including autonomous systems and immersive environments
- Analyze global tech trends to identify disruptive opportunities and competitive threats
- Establish governance frameworks for emerging technologies ensuring ethical implementation
- Present strategic vision to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Drive innovation sprints with R&D partners across academia and industry
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in future-focused roles
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, AR/VR)
- Proven track record of executing multi-year transformational initiatives
- Advanced degree in Technology Strategy, Futures Studies, or related field
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Technology Innovation Management
- Experience presenting to C-suite and board-level stakeholders
- Portfolio of published thought leadership on future tech trends
