Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 strategic roadmaps for AI integration, quantum adoption, and climate-tech initiatives
- Lead cross-functional 'Future Task Forces' to prototype breakthrough technologies
- Conduct horizon-scanning research identifying disruptive trends with 3-5 year impact windows
- Partner with C-suite executives to align innovation initiatives with business objectives
- Present strategic forecasts to stakeholders including investors, regulators, and industry coalitions
- Manage $2M+ annual innovation budget for experimental projects
- Mentor next-generation futurists through our 'Visionary Fellowship' program
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record translating futuristic concepts into commercialized products
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, climate tech)
- Experience with scenario planning methodologies and trend analysis frameworks
- Strong stakeholder management skills with executive/board presentation experience
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Technology Management, or related field
- Published thought leadership in innovation journals or industry whitepapers
- Fluency in strategic modeling tools (e.g., STEEP-V, Delphi Method)
