Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 strategic roadmaps for emerging technologies and market trends
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and executive teams
- Conduct horizon scanning and competitive analysis for disruptive technologies
- Design and pilot futuristic solutions in our Silicon Valley Innovation Center
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage $5M+ innovation budgets with ROI-focused KPIs
- Author thought leadership publications on 2026 industry predictions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futures research
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products/services
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum computing, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Advanced degree in Strategy, Technology, or Business Innovation
- Published author or speaker at global innovation forums (CES, Web Summit)
- Proficiency in strategic foresight frameworks (horizon scanning, scenario planning)
- Experience scaling high-growth tech teams and budgets
