Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 strategic frameworks integrating AI ethics, climate resilience, and human augmentation technologies
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with global research institutions and Fortune 500 partners
- Anticipate geopolitical and socioeconomic disruptions using predictive modeling and scenario planning
- Architect blueprints for decentralized autonomous organizations (DAOs) and Web3 governance systems
- Drive adoption of sustainable tech through policy influence and stakeholder engagement
- Mentor emerging futurists in our Quantum Leap incubator program
- Publish thought leadership in Nature Futures and MIT Technology Review
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or Emerging Technology
- 5+ years experience in strategic foresight with Fortune 500 or UN-affiliated organizations
- Expertise in exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI alignment)
- Published author in peer-reviewed futures or technology journals
- Proficiency in strategic foresight tools (horizon scanning, Delphi method, causal layered analysis)
- Deep understanding of UN SDGs and global sustainability frameworks
- Experience designing human-AI collaboration systems
- Portfolio of 2020-2025 accurate future predictions validated by third parties
