Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 3-5 year strategic vision aligned with 2026 market projections
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives identifying disruptive technologies and paradigm shifts
- Architect innovation roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and sustainable tech
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-facing solutions with rapid iteration cycles
- Present strategic futures to executive stakeholders using data-driven storytelling
- Establish thought leadership through industry speaking and white paper publications
- Mentor cross-functional teams in future-proofing methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or equivalent experience
- 7+ years in strategic planning or innovation roles with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum, etc.)
- Exceptional ability to translate complex futures into executable strategies
- Track record of launching successful future-oriented initiatives
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight preferred
