Responsibilities

- Develop and implement strategic frameworks for 2026 product launches and market entries
- Partner with R&D teams to integrate future-proof technologies into core offerings
- Create scenario-planning models for geopolitical, economic, and climate-related disruptions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders
- Oversee development of 2026 innovation pipeline with measurable KPIs
- Drive thought leadership through white papers and industry conference presentations
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven track record of developing multi-year strategic roadmaps with measurable ROI
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their market impacts
- Certified Futurist (CF) or similar advanced credential preferred
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with proficiency in visualization tools
- Experience in high-growth tech or Fortune 500 environments
- Strong network with futurist communities and industry think tanks
- PhD or Master's in Strategic Foresight, Business, or related field
