Responsibilities
- Develop 2026+ strategic roadmaps for emerging tech verticals (quantum, biotech, AI)
- Lead scenario-planning workshops with C-suite executives and external partners
- Identify disruptive market signals and translate into actionable business opportunities
- Design ethical frameworks for AI/automation implementation across industries
- Coordinate with R&D to prototype future-facing solutions with rapid prototyping cycles
- Publish thought leadership on long-term technology impact and societal adaptation
- Maintain competitive intelligence through global trend analysis and patent research
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futures research
- Proven track record of forecasting technology trends with 80%+ accuracy
- Advanced degree in Business Strategy, Technology Forecasting, or Systems Engineering
- Expertise in scenario planning methodologies (e.g., Delphi, cross-impact matrices)
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Certification in Futures Studies or Strategic Foresight (preferred)
- Experience leading global teams across 3+ time zones
- Portfolio demonstrating at least 3 implemented future-focused initiatives
