Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic planning or innovation leadership within tech/consulting sectors
- Proven track record of forecasting market trends and translating them into business value
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AI, Web3, AR/VR, or synthetic biology
- Advanced degree in Business, Technology, or Futures Studies (PhD/MBA preferred)
- Strong analytical skills with experience in scenario modeling and data-driven decision making
- Exceptional communication abilities for executive presentations and stakeholder alignment
- Certification in futures methodologies (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful strategic initiatives launched in the past 5 years
