Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of the 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning technical capabilities with business objectives.
- Conduct deep-dive market analysis to identify emerging trends (AI, Quantum Computing, Web3) and assess their potential impact.
- Collaborate with cross-functional leadership to define long-term technical vision and innovation strategies.
- Identify and evaluate potential technology acquisitions or partnerships to drive growth.
- Communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders to ensure alignment.
- Oversee the lifecycle of strategic projects from conception through to successful deployment.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 8+ years of experience in strategic technology planning, product management, or enterprise architecture.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful technology roadmaps (experience with 2026 planning horizon preferred).
- Strong understanding of emerging technologies and their application in business models.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data into actionable insights.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of influencing at the C-level.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
