Responsibilities

- Lead High-Performance Engineering: Mentor senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Quantum-Ready Strategy: Develop strategies for hybrid classical-quantum computing integration within AI workflows.
- Policy & Ethics Governance: Establish guidelines for AI ethics, bias mitigation, and responsible deployment of autonomous systems.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and business stakeholders to translate complex technical roadmaps into business value.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML architecture and design.
- Technical Mastery: Deep proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Future Tech Fluency: Demonstrated experience with emerging technologies such as Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI, and Quantum Computing concepts.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading high-performance engineering teams and managing large-scale technical projects.
