Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Proof Systems: Design and implement robust, scalable AI architectures capable of handling next-generation workloads and data streams.
- Lead R&D Initiatives: Spearhead research projects focused on Generative AI, Predictive Analytics, and Autonomous Systems to prepare our infrastructure for 2026 standards.
- Optimize Performance: Oversee the deployment of models in cloud environments (AWS/Azure), ensuring low latency, high throughput, and energy efficiency.
- Collaborate with Visionaries: Work closely with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to translate futuristic concepts into production-ready solutions.
- Ensure Security & Compliance: Implement rigorous security protocols and ethical AI guidelines to protect sensitive data and ensure compliance with evolving regulations.
- Mentor Engineering Teams: Guide junior architects and engineers in adopting best practices for modern software development and AI integration.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years specifically in AI/ML system design.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, C++, or Rust; proficiency in frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Hugging Face; experience with Kubernetes and microservices architecture.
- Cloud Mastery: Proven track record of deploying large-scale applications on AWS or Azure.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to anticipate technological trends and translate them into actionable architectural roadmaps.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
