Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Architect and articulate the long-term technology vision, ensuring alignment with business goals and industry trends for the 2026 horizon.
- AI Infrastructure Strategy: Design scalable, secure, and robust AI infrastructure capable of handling next-generation workloads and data processing.
- Lead High-Level Design: Oversee the high-level architecture of our AI platforms, ensuring modularity, reusability, and ease of integration.
- Ethical AI Governance: Establish frameworks and guidelines to ensure responsible AI development, bias mitigation, and data privacy compliance.
- Talent & Team Leadership: Mentor senior engineering teams and foster a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership to drive buy-in.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior architectural or lead role focusing on AI/ML systems.
- Technical Mastery: Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, neural networks, and cloud-native architecture (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Visionary Thinking: Proven track record of anticipating future tech trends and successfully implementing forward-looking solutions.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage large-scale technical projects.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical strategies into actionable business insights.
