Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 AI Roadmap: Strategize and implement long-term technical visions for machine learning systems that scale.
- Architect Scalable Solutions: Design and oversee the deployment of robust, cloud-native AI infrastructure capable of handling high-volume data streams.
- Lead Technical Innovation: Stay ahead of industry trends, integrating emerging technologies such as Generative AI and Neural Networks into our core products.
- Team Leadership & Mentorship: Cultivate a high-performance engineering culture, providing mentorship and technical guidance to junior developers and data scientists.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and stakeholders to ensure technical solutions align with business objectives.
- Optimization & Security: Continuously refine model performance and ensure data privacy and security compliance across all AI touchpoints.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture and leadership roles.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- System Design: Strong background in distributed systems, microservices, and high-availability architecture.
- Leadership: Proven track record of managing diverse, high-performing engineering teams.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
