Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Strategic Roadmap for workforce transformation and technological integration.
- Analyze emerging trends in AI, automation, and remote work to advise the C-Suite on readiness for the year 2026.
- Collaborate with HR and Tech departments to design scalable organizational structures for future demands.
- Predict skill gaps and lead initiatives to upskill the current workforce for upcoming 2026 challenges.
- Present complex strategic data and future scenarios to stakeholders and board members.
Qualifications
- Masterβs degree in Business Administration, Strategic Planning, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in strategic planning, organizational development, or futurism.
- Proven track record of advising executive leadership on long-term business trends.
- Deep understanding of the Future of Work paradigm and the impact of AI on labor markets.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data into actionable strategic insights.
