Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Vision: Develop a comprehensive roadmap for the future of work, focusing on AI integration, remote collaboration, and workforce upskilling.
- Policy Formulation: Create and enforce digital-first policies that balance flexibility with productivity, ensuring compliance and security.
- Change Management: Lead cross-functional initiatives to transition legacy processes to automated workflows, managing stakeholder resistance and adoption rates.
- Tech Stack Evaluation: Identify and evaluate emerging SaaS tools and AI platforms that will define the workplace of 2026, overseeing pilot programs.
- Data-Driven Insights: Analyze workforce trends and engagement metrics to predict future needs and adjust strategies proactively.
- Cultural Agility: Foster a culture of continuous learning and psychological safety, empowering teams to adapt to new technologies with confidence.
Qualifications
- Strategic Expertise: 8+ years of experience in organizational development, HR strategy, or management consulting with a focus on future trends.
- Tech Savvy: Deep understanding of current and upcoming AI tools (Generative AI, automation) and their implications for the workforce.
- Change Management Certification: PMP, Prosci, or similar certification is highly preferred.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies for C-level executives and individual contributors.
- Adaptability: Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity and thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
