Responsibilities

- Translate foresight insights into actionable product roadmaps and business strategies
- Establish quantitative frameworks for assessing future market scenarios and risks
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Build and maintain relationships with futurist networks, academic institutions, and industry thought leaders
- Monitor geopolitical, technological, and social shifts affecting long-term strategy
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, futurism, or technology innovation leadership
- Proven track record of developing and executing long-term strategic plans
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional presentation skills with ability to articulate complex futures clearly
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field
