Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Lead the strategic planning process to outline operational goals, market positioning, and technological adoption for the year 2026 and beyond.
- Strategic Forecasting: Utilize data analytics and market research to identify emerging trends, potential disruptions, and growth opportunities five years in advance.
- Operational Roadmapping: Translate long-term strategic visions into detailed, phased operational roadmaps that guide cross-functional teams.
- Stakeholder Alignment: Communicate complex future scenarios to executive leadership and stakeholders, ensuring buy-in and alignment across all departments.
- Innovation Implementation: Identify and pilot emerging technologies (AI, Automation) that will drive efficiency and competitive advantage by 2026.
- Agile Governance: Establish governance frameworks that allow the organization to pivot quickly while maintaining long-term strategic integrity.
Qualifications
- Strategic Planning: 5+ years of experience in strategic operations, management consulting, or futurist roles with a focus on long-term planning.
- Analytical Acumen: Strong proficiency in data analysis, market research, and predictive modeling tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI, Python).
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence senior leadership without direct authority.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of translating complex data into compelling narratives.
- Adaptability: Demonstrated experience working in ambiguous environments and managing uncertainty.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Research, or a related field; MBA or Master’s in a related discipline is a plus.
