Responsibilities
- Define the Vision: Develop and articulate the comprehensive 2026 Strategic Vision, aligning it with the company's long-term objectives and mission.
- Roadmap Execution: Lead cross-functional teams in executing the annual and multi-year strategic roadmaps, ensuring milestones are met on time.
- Market Intelligence: Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify new business opportunities, emerging technologies, and potential threats.
- Executive Collaboration: Partner with C-suite executives to prioritize resource allocation, investment strategies, and go-to-market plans.
- Performance Measurement: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of strategic initiatives and report progress to the board.
- Innovation Strategy: Foster a culture of innovation by scouting and integrating disruptive technologies into our core business model.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience in strategic planning, business development, or management consulting.
- Roadmap Expertise: Proven track record of creating and managing multi-year strategic roadmaps in a fast-paced environment.
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret complex data, perform financial modeling, and forecast future market trends.
- Leadership: Excellent interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field; MBA is preferred.
