Responsibilities
- Design and execute a comprehensive AI Adoption Roadmap targeting operational excellence by 2026.
- Develop frameworks for Human-AI Collaboration, ensuring augmentation rather than replacement.
- Lead change management initiatives to transition legacy systems into agile, AI-first workflows.
- Conduct predictive analysis on emerging tech trends (e.g., Agentic AI, Synthetic Data) to advise executive leadership.
- Establish ethical guidelines and governance protocols for the deployment of autonomous agents.
- Partner with HR and L&D to upskill the workforce for the skills required in 2026.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in strategic operations, management consulting, or technology leadership.
- Proven track record of implementing Generative AI or large language model (LLM) strategies in enterprise settings.
- Deep understanding of the Future of Work trends, including remote/hybrid dynamics and digital nomadism.
- Expertise in change management methodologies (e.g., ADKAR, Kotter’s 8 Steps).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
