Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 3-5 year innovation roadmaps aligned with 2026 market projections
- Lead scenario planning workshops for disruptive technologies (AI, quantum, bio-tech)
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging trends and competitive threats
- Design rapid prototyping frameworks for future-facing products and services
- Partner with R&D teams to integrate foresight into development pipelines
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Maintain a 'Future Radar' dashboard tracking key innovation indicators
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist roles
- Proven track record developing long-term technology roadmaps
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Strong background in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through ambiguous challenges
- Certification in Futures Studies or Strategic Foresight preferred
- Exceptional storytelling skills for communicating complex future scenarios
