- Present strategic roadmaps to executive stakeholders with data-backed recommendations
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness metrics and track progress against innovation goals
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and think tanks to access cutting-edge research
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist roles
- Proven track record of developing long-term roadmaps (5+ year horizons)

- Advanced degree in Business, Technology, or Futures Studies (MBA preferred)
