Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 innovation strategy, identifying disruptive technologies and market opportunities
- Lead cross-functional teams in incubating and scaling breakthrough products and services
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis to anticipate future industry disruptions
- Collaborate with R&D, product, and marketing teams to align innovation with business objectives

Qualifications
