Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, next-generation neural network architectures tailored for the 2026 technological landscape.
- Lead the research and development of autonomous agent systems capable of complex decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate quantum computing algorithms into existing AI frameworks.
- Oversee the deployment of edge computing solutions that operate in low-latency environments.
- Mentor junior engineers and establish best practices for AI safety and ethics.
- Continuously monitor system performance and optimize models for maximum efficiency and accuracy.
Qualifications
- Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 7+ years of professional experience in machine learning engineering and software development.
- Proven expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed systems.
- Strong background in NLP (Natural Language Processing) and Computer Vision.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in high-pressure, fast-paced environments.
