Responsibilities
- Safely operate school buses on designated routes and field trips
- Conduct pre-trip inspections and maintain vehicle cleanliness
- Enforce student safety protocols during boarding, transit, and departure
- Communicate professionally with parents, school staff, and transportation coordinators
- Adhere strictly to traffic laws and district safety regulations
- Complete accurate incident reports and documentation
Qualifications
- Valid Tennessee Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with S/P endorsement
- Minimum 3 years driving experience
- Pass background check and drug screening
- First Aid/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work early morning and afternoon shifts
