Responsibilities
- Safely transport passengers across Lubbock and surrounding areas using your personal vehicle
- Maintain exceptional service standards through courteous communication and punctuality
- Optimize earnings by strategically navigating high-demand zones and peak hours
- Complete thorough vehicle inspections and maintain cleanliness standards
- Utilize our app to efficiently manage ride requests and maximize trip volume
- Adhere to all local traffic laws and company safety protocols
- Provide real-time trip updates and resolve passenger inquiries promptly
Qualifications
- Valid Texas driver's license with minimum 3 years driving experience
- Reliable vehicle model 2010 or newer with 4 doors and valid insurance
- Smartphone proficiency with GPS navigation apps
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently with strong time management
- Pass background check and driving record verification
- Basic mechanical knowledge for minor vehicle troubleshooting
- Commitment to full-time availability (40+ hours/week)
