Responsibilities
- Pick up passengers safely and drop them off at their designated destinations in a timely manner.
- Navigate the city of Lubbock efficiently using GPS and mapping applications.
- Maintain the cleanliness and safety of your vehicle at all times.
- Respond to ride requests via the mobile app promptly.
- Ensure all passengers wear seatbelts and adhere to traffic laws.
- Handle payments and provide excellent customer service during every ride.
- Report any vehicle maintenance issues or incidents immediately.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License issued in the United States.
- A clean driving record with no major violations in the last 3 years.
- A reliable, 4-door vehicle (must pass a vehicle inspection).
- Current auto insurance and valid registration.
- Smartphone (iPhone or Android) with a data plan.
- Ability to pass a background check and fingerprinting process.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs (assisting with luggage if required).
